Increasing quality demands in manufacturing technology and the simultaneous decrease of batch sizes make modular and flexible system solutions necessary. Modern suppliers are no ‘component manufacturers’ any more, but rather see themselves as comprehensive solution providers. Their claim is to tailor individual processes and process stages to the individual customer’s specific needs, thus offering a high-quality, economically competitive product.
BREMA-WERK has long since adopted this paradigm shift. We support our customers across the various stages of the implementation of their projects: as consultants in series development, with our in-house tool shop, during the actual manufacturing process as well as in post-processing procedures such as hardening, barrel-finishing, surface or heat treatments and product packaging.

RFQ drawing – Early involvement in engineering & design
The direct line to customers is a crucial prerequisite when it comes to understanding and realizing their demands in a way that customers receive the exact parts with the exact properties needed for their products. However, only longterm customer relationships lay the foundations for really understanding these products, their function and their specific industry environment. With a decade-long experience in metal processing we produce stampings, stamped-bent parts and technical springs for a wide spectrum of industries.
As a result, we are present in a variety of (inter)national markets with different requirements. This diversity of requirements and their implementation up to series maturity have enabled us to create an enormous repertoire of technological, material and production-specific know-how over the decades. It is a repertoire from which you as our customer can benefit.
CAD engineering and design – Engineering & design of tool
After receiving your order for tooling creation, our own tool engineering create 3D-data sets.
Our tooling engineering sends the data via interface to out tool shop.
Tool Creation – Tool Shop
- four grinding machine
- two milling centre
- eroding machine
Our tool shop provides new tools, tool maintenance, tool changes and tool optimization.
